Our Prehab, Rehab and Project Management division focuses on the renovation of real estate in an eKool friendly way. Our focus for Q2 & Q3 are executing Wholesale as well as Fix & Flip projects throughout the Chicago land and surrounding area. All of our prehab and rehab renovations involve environmentally friendly build, materials, and fixtures. We also require our investing partners to include such in their renovations as well when acquiring one of our properties or working in partnerships.
